Victor Chevrolet was EXTREMELY helpful finding me my Chevy Traverse. There was an issue causing me to have to return the vehicle but they found me a replacement vehicle as fast as they could due to super low inventory. Well, the 5 star experience starts right at the service desk with Mr. Wayne Porteus, he is experienced and friendly. The service department mechanics/ technicians are reliable and efficient; I was in and out in 30 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. They often have coupon that often discounts my cost. I would certainly will return and recommend victor chevy and Wayne Porteus.

There was internal damage issues that were not check for when the car was brought in. The car lasted 10 miles until the engine failed. When called to ask about the issue they claimed it was done after it was released despite giving me the car back with a check engine light still on and other shops stating the damage was done before they dropped it off.

Stated several reasons why the shop was busy all of which were known prior to the appointment being made and could've been communicated allowing me to make arrangements for 2 to 3 days without a vehicle. I get it stuff happens but you have to let people know.
