Always available to answer any questions, do their best to fit you in in an emergency and are always on the look out for problems on the horizon when they service our vehicles. I am always pleased with the service at Verplanck Auto. Manny always takes the time to explain necessary repairs and answer all my questions. Repairs are done on time and at a reasonable price. I never feel pressured into having a repair done after getting an estimate, either. The location is very convenient and I can drop my vehicle off the night before.
