The last time I had the oil changed etc. I was told the next time they would rotate my tires. Now they say the tread is to low on the tires to rotate. I wish they would have done it the time before. Only 14000 miles on brand new tires and can't be rotated.

My Escape battery was dead. They came and got it during the afternoon. Since the car wasn't finished that evening I would have appreciated a call telling what was happening. I had to call a friend for a ride the next morning. However, my car was ready by noon and Vern Eide delivered it to my workplace.

finance was not up front and honest. only there for the sale really did not listen to customer. Should have just left without purchase. Salesman said was going to give a gift card to restaurant as a thank you for purchase never happened. They just want the sale and get you out the door. BE AWARE!!!

I liked the fact that I was given a very nice vehicle to drive while mine was being serviced. I have some black in my interior and it was quite smeary possibly caused from not using a clean enough cloth. The time they told me that it would take was right on, so that was a big plus since I had other appointments that day.
