vencam claimed to replace my front brakes and calipers. i looked at my front calipers and only one side is brand new, the other side caliper is still the same and only the clips are replaced. If I pay for replace of caliper and brakes, I expect that everything that I payed for are replaced and not recycled parts that can be reused.

During the repair, our technician found that one of your front caliper slide pins was seized, which contributed to the soft brake pedal noted during your State Inspection. Since we were unable to reach you for authorization, we replaced the affected caliper bracket (which includes new slide pins) as a courtesynot the full caliper assemblyand performed a complete brake bleed at no charge to ensure your brakes were safe and operating properly.

Needed some tire sensors replaced (3) and Vencam was able to get me in the very next week. Dropped my car off that morning, got a call about an hour and a half later telling me how many sensors were bad and the total cost (and I was given an estimate for cost per sensor beforehand) and by that afternoon I was picking up my car. No more dash light going off!

I thought my car needed a head gasket replacement because it was overheating so badly. Vencam thoroughly checked it out before doing the work and told me it wasn't the head gasket something much simpler and way cheaper. I took their advice, it was way cheaper and my car runs great.
