I've been a loyal customer of Vasco Oil and Lube since they opened. I want to say it's been at least 25 years, but it may be less. At least 20 years. They have never given me a reason to go anywhere else. They do a good job for a good price. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Livermore Area.

Overcharging.didn't want the synthetic but put in synthetic. And then added extra charge for oil filter which was supposed to part of oil change. I have been going there for the past 10 years. Not anymore, this was the last time I went there.

Unfortunately, after my service, my oil light came on and when I took it back in, they could not figure out what the problem was. I waited over 2 hours in the waiting room while they tried to figure it out. They were short staffed which made it even more frustrating. I probably will not go back there.

Service was great. I had a problem with my vehicle that was caused by another shop. The staff took extra time to take me underneath the vehicle and show me what was going on. They spent extra time on it to correct the issue. And they didn't even charge me more. I will only be bringing my car here from now on.

my wife and I stopped by on Saturday and the servivce techs were very knowledgeable of our vehicles. During our service they also did our smog certificates and it actually saved us a bit of money on that service. Wonderful place. I fully recommend heading there.
