Kept the car for 7 days to do one day's worth of service. Parked in the back lot for 3 days, then brought inside for the weekend. Worked on it Monday. Ready Tuesday morning. So only one day's work. Grease marks left on my arm rest and A-Pillar on Chalet Trim. Had to pay $30.00 sales tax for the first time on a "free" loaner. So much for "Black Label" certified dealer experience. Next time I'll go to Hins Park.

I ordinarily give 5 stars, but this time, I had to wait to drive into the service bay since the vehicles ahead of me weren't driven out. Then, it took almost an hour and 30 minutes for an oil change and tired rotation after that. My appointment was at 3 PM, which I thought would be less busy. Perhaps the slow service was due to lack of staff.

Brandon (Service Consultant), set up the service appt. and his associates
servived the vehicle in 4 hours. I thought it would take 8 to 12 hours. Their work is, also, warrantied.
I recommend the Varsity Service to anyone who drives a Lincoln or Ford product.

My concern was addressed and resolved. Brandon was in contact with me through the whole process. The tech made a decision to have me drive my car for a few couple days after problem was resolved and bring back just to make sure that what was done resolved the issue.
