Was quoted an estimate for brakes. After inspection they claimed I needed triple that amount to repair car. the extra work should of maybe doubled the cost.

We're always hoping we can get away with simply replacing pads and rotors, which is what we quoted over the phone. Unfortunately, once we actually inspected the vehicle, we found issues with the brake calipers as well. We hate how expensive those repairs are too! Everyone was nice and completed things timely. I did not like the fact that they told me that a need an alignment and it would cost $100. I did not have any more money and they told me not to wait too long that it could ruin the new work that they just did.

Did our oil filter and change and tire rotation in a timely manner. Also changed our burned out brake light. We had the bulb but not the tool. They did it for free. Thank you so much! This is why we keep coming back to Van's in N. Ridgeville. Always great and courteous service. Will double check their recommended rear and front brake pads and rotors replacement as they were replaced just 20,000 miles ago.

They were very helpful. They changed my flat tire. Also, they fixed the rim leak in my other tire. I had taken the car in to two other places and neither fixed the rim leak. Vans was the only place that took the problem seriously and fixed the problem!

I had 4 tires replaced @ Vans. After a week I noticed I was my new LF tire was almost flat. I reinflated it and the next day I had lost 3psi. I took it back to Vans to check it out. They found the new tire valve stem was partially seated into the rim. They replaced it no charge. All is good.

I just needed basic maintenance done (i.e. oil change, tire rotation). Tires were not rotated (this is the second time it's happened to me, wanted to give second chance). Its listed on the invoice, no charge, and it's a leased car so I'm not too concerned but I need to trust that the actual work is getting done. I called the first time to let them know, didn't want anything for it. Second time, I'm just going to try someplace else.
