Very friendly/professional people that take their time to be thorough with their work. Brought my car in for a specific issue excepting to just get that fixed and be on my way, but they took the time to do a complete inspection of my vehicle to check for any additional issues so they could be fixed as well while I was still under warranty through Carvana. Will be back for any further maintenance/repair needs.

Great scheduling. Quick phone answer, lots of options. Ready foe me when I arrived, even early. Clean nicely appointed waiting area. Service and price were quicker and cheaper than estimated. I could have been but wasn't taken advantage of. 12/10 service. To quote Arnold, "I'll be back" (said with a thick Austrian accent).

They changed the oil but didn't replace the plug with a new one and it leaked oil everywhere so I too it to VW specialist a and paid to have it fixed

After reviewing our records, we want to clarify that we have not performed an oil change service on your vehicle. The only work completed at our shop was a clutch replacement, which was done through Carvana. An oil drain plug would not have been removed or serviced as part of that repair.
Based on what you described, it sounds like the issue may be related to a previous oil service performed elsewhere.
