The surface writer was excellent. He was very informative. Tell me what things cost gave me a rundown of what I'd had done until I got to check out the person who checked me out seem to me that she was put out really negative vibes I got but the rest of my experience was really good. The staff really friendly.

Expediency and assistance w/ warranty company very good. Johnathan explained everything. No loaner (on the warranty company) very inconvenient. Putting $$ down to drop oil pan potentially not getting it back, when it would be needed to access a covered fix could've been a problem if not for my family. Do NOT like not knowing how many miles are on the motor,..but grateful!

Terrible.... ZERO communication. Given WRONG info about my warranty, which I ultimately cancelled since it is a scam. Was told "master seal" needed replacement. Took my car to a REAL mechanic-- NOTHING wrong with the master seal!!! (which is a VERY costly repair). BEWARE of the incompetence!!!

Fast friendly service. Had to get my gas tank fixed, brought the car in on Friday at 4 pm told them I had an emergency trip on Saturday. Zack my service advisor said no problem it will be fixed today by 5:15 I was notified that my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Awesome service!!!

I was surprised... I needed any type of semi major maintenance... especially since I recently purchased the Vehicle towards the end of Last Year... but, Vanguard KIA is usually helpful with anything my Vehicle needs... we had issues... whenever I was a Newer Customer... but, the service department definitely has stepped things up... I guess... since I bought a New Vehicle from these guys...

My car wasn't serviced. I came in for a recall and when I made the appointment, they didn't ask me which recall. So I got up early, dropped my car off, got home, and less than an hour later, they call me to tell me they have to order the part. It was a complete waste of my time. And I still haven't heard back about the part being in.

After having regular maintenance done, a day or two later, I noticed a sound under my car. I took it back and they said that the undercarriage was loose. I was not having that issue prior to taking it in, but they didn't seem to either want to fix it or be able to fix it. So now I guess I have to replace it eventually.

Service and response has consistently gone down since dealership being rebranded from Patterson to Vanguard. Repairs are overpriced and service times are excessive, and quite often "could not duplicate" is the response given which results in more time (and money) spent by consumer to educate and illustrate reported issue.
