The service advisor was on top of all of our frustration. We had our car serviced and we needed new tires. Twelve hours after we left, our tire light came on, resulting in our having to return our car. They checked and everything seemed to be OK. Two days later it came back on and we had to return and this time it was the sensor on the tire. Both returns resulted in spending hours waiting and very frustrating.

My complaint is, if you make an appointment, Vandergriff should honor that time within 15 minutes, not an hour or so later! Also, there was misrepresented information about an extended warranty fee that was added to loan without any previous information or agreement about it. They didn't tighten the seal on the plug properly so my brand new van leaked oil all over my driveway, had to bring it back which was time away from work for them to correct the issue. The desk staff was very nice and handled the issue well. Just frustrating when you take the extra time to come to a dealership for oil change you expect better quality techs.

However, they still managed to service my car that day (despite clearly being very busy with many customers!). I had to wait 4-5 hours, but it was in a large and comfortable waiting room with access to water bottles. I must say that I'm very thankful for the gift of free access to Carfax!!! :)
