Service advisor was very kind but someone in the process of changing my oil or cleaning/washing the car or applying the special protection for the paint - scratches the Pilot Hood. Dirt spots all around the car - it appears a sloppy job. Scratch corrected some how. Still vissible. Now I have a 2025 car with only 2,600 Miles with a scratch. Not happy with the job done.

The computer updating software died during the process. Idk if there's a battery indicator or not but "things" happen. Hai was good about not letting me feel forgotten about by giving updates and explanations for the delay. Was just barely outside quoted time of completion.

After them informing me that my coolant reservoir was empty. They tried to say it was due to air in the system from when they replaced my coolant a year ago. They topped it off for me then called me the next day to say I had a leak. They should have checked that first before telling me some dumb information.

The service area isn't sectioned off from the dealership, like other places, which I like. The waiting area has some not so comfortable sofas, but looks nice. They provide free coffee with your service and a loaner vehicle. Even though I had a loaner, they were able to complete the service the same day.

The service rep was very rude. I had a scheduled appt for 230p but called to change it til 1230p. Arrived there and waited longer than normal. Told the rep that someone referred me to him and I had his card. He stated, well when was that because I haven't had cards in months, let me see the card. Acting as if he didn't want to assist me. 1230 appt turned into a 3 hour wait.
