Went above and beyond the oil change I wanted, that I didn't mind. Appointment at 3:15, they ran behind, truck finally got in closer to 4. Finally got out of there at about 5. I usually change the oil myself and have not had the oil changed by someone else so maybe this is normal, I wouldn't know. I would recommend them to others but to be prepared for possible delays.

I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early and my truck didn't get pulled in for service until an hour after my appointment time. Then it took another hour to do the oil change and rotate the tires. They said they were understaffed. They gave me a $10 discount for the wait but called lated and said my next oil change would be free. Otherwise I would have given a lower rating.

They were very courteous and helpful. They had ordered a replacement for my cracked windshield and installed it. I also needed an oil change and some other repairs. They have a comfortable waiting room and offered to take me home & bring me back when my car was ready if I didn't want to wait there.

Over and over I have less than satisfactory service. I drive a long way for service with them due to warranty stipulations and often they can't do all that I need them to do even though they said they could when I scheduled it. Outside of one person I deal with there, they are rude and disrespectful.

That we got my recalls almost done. Also coming and getting my car and bringing it back. Third time is a charm lol I saw it said 15 point inspection but my windshield washer was low. I just thought maybe everything would have been checked since it was the third time that's all.
