Great customer service from both the sales associate and the sales manager. My schedule has not permitted me to test-drive the vehicle, but they went out of their way to take me to the service lot to see it and reached out to me when it was available. I hope we can make the deal work. This is the type of dealership I would like to work with.

2 and a half hours and told me my tie rods, front control bars and rear differential were bad. I took it to another mechanic shop and none of the three were bad. I bought a maintenance agreement for life and 2 of the 3 weren't covered. The rear diff they said after I took it back said it was ok.

I have no dislikes with Vandeveer Chevrolet. I was treated very well. My service advisor Mike Hartley paid attention to every detail. Listen to my every need and follow through on the repairs and service that I needed. I won't take my Corvette anywhere else but Vanderveer.

Took it in for service and never received the usual video of them going over the vehicle and showing what they did. When I got the bill they recommended tires but it didn't list the current tread depth. Definitely not the same service as in the past.

The way I was greeted gave me understand what was to take place on my truck and the price change twice on the bill on transmission filter oil rags and pick up time for my truck once they completed thanks for the work on my truck thanks to the guts for the work the staff for making it possible to get it vehicle back in a timely manner

Prior to bring my car in it was scanned with a scan tool the problem was the waste gate I communicated this the waste gate was not fixed a cheaper alternative was done. Keep in mind I just purchased this vehicle and have been able.to drive it for less than 3 weeks.

Logan did an excellent job expediting getting my truck fixed. I took it in on Monday , he said it would be done on Thursday , but they had it done on Wednesday a day early. After terrible service from Serpentini Chevy, I am very happy with what was done at Van Devere.

I feel like this shop is always trying to "up-sell" additional services. I asked them to inform be before they did anything beyond a normal change. That did not happen and I ended up with air filters and an alignment. Their hourly rates seem very high to me. But I guess they need to jack them up to pay for all the people standing around--both in the service area and in the show room.

Although they were able to fix my vehicle, I thought their prices were extremely high. I couldn't help but notice the number of people that were employed at this dealership--both in the Service department and on the Showroom floor. There were people everywhere!!! Some appeared to be working but many were just "shooting the breeze" with eachother. I guess with that amount of overhead, the extremely high prices are a result.

Very nice tech (Brad Harris) Very nice facility and they accepted us as a 'drive-in' customer. Work done was good. The pricing was a little higher than we anticipated, but that is my only complaint. I'll come back here for oil changes and future work.
