I bought a 2022 Kia used car from Kia Van Nuys. The sales agent was friendly and helpful, but I pointed out that the tires were cracked and requested replacement, and the dealer refused. All four tires were unsafe due to dry rot. I do not recommend this dealership due to this serious safety issue.

Had a good experience, working with Arlene. While I had a lot done, and it was costly, I felt comfortable with getting everything done. I felt Arlene was genuine and up front with the recommendations, and she even let me know that my brakes were still in good shape! Driving a performance vehicle, the maintenance is a little more expensive, but worth it as it keeps my car running at top performance!

They did the most important stuff from what I could tell. They took FOREVER! I typically like to come to this location because they're quick but not this time. They didn't refill my fluids like they normally do. They took so long I had to refuse the complimentary car wash but they didn't even take off the "alignment" writing on my front windshield. Definitely a bad experience this time around.

Communication was terrible. They did not listen to instructions, answer phones, or return calls when promised. The car was with them for six days with nothing done and no updates until the last day. When I returned to have the service actually done, I was promised the repair would take two hours, but it took over four, with frequent promises of it being "10 minutes away"

They had my car for over 4 months with no feedback to me whatsoever. I have never had such an unpleasant experience dealing with a dealership including Kia of Valencia. Both dealership s were terrible as far as the service department. They finally, after 4 months and weeks called me to tell me the car was ready and when I got to the dealership my car was not charged! I had 30 miles to get home. I don't live near Kia Van Nuys.

Arno and Martha were able to finally repair my vehicle after 3 weeks in the shop , fortunately they were able to replace the hybrid battery and water pump. Kia Valencia was unable to get to my car for at least 2 weeks.
