They misdiagnosed my vehicle, tried to get me to "fix" a nonexistent problem with them. They charged me a diagnostic fee and diagnostic was completely inaccurate.

It was the last week of my warranty, they were supposed to do a 10 point inspection. None was done my fluids were filled, and a week later my car is overheating and I am leaking fluids. And when I called to see if I could drop my Jeep off for this problem now I was told I would have to leave it for approximately five days before they could get to it. The problem here was that premium versus premium synthetic they dont know what is the difference and have no response. You take your Jeep for a pile change they dont even do a multi point inspection and top of certain liquids and add air on your tires as you ask for it. Very disappointed and never got an apology for their actions

The customer service is excellent and the car was nearly in perfect condition. However, watch out for all the add-on charges. The advertised car of $23,500 turned out to be $27,980 plus, $4,000 for extended warranty and $895 for gap. New grand total $32,875. In my case, I negotiated and the sales team was open to it. I felt content with the final negotiation and purchased my Jeep. Best of luck everyone!

Took a long time to get replies. Said they were 'busy'. Also their advertised price is misleading (on all web sites) as they do not include $4700 of packages and accessories. Makes a mockery of the 'Great Price, Fair Deal' etc that web sites give these cars. Also the window tinting add on costs is becoming a racket.

Not.a rating on the person that actually helped, but the dealership itself. Made an appointment early and showed up, salesmen had no idea why we were there. After an hour, they told me they couldn't find the car and didn't know if it had been sold. Sounds like a familiar and somewhat shady practice?

Delear could not keep track of my inquiry. Had multiple reps reaching out to me because lack of communication. Tried to tell me $4280 dollars on top of sell price listed on site was for aftermarket installed options they put on and cant take off and didn't try to even budge from the price. Terrible.

I might have purchased a Ghibli (potentially, exactly what I was looking for) at this dealership except a sales employee lied to me, and two email followup sales employees were only interested in making a sale, not in the fact that a sales employee lied to me.
