ZERO STARS!!! Stay away from this dealership. Two days after purchasing a vehicle, I noticed a small knocking sound while driving. I took the vehicle to a mechanic shop for a quick inspection and they discovered that the motor mounts were broken, the transmission torque converter was slipping, and one tire was well below safe tread depth. The sales staff at the dealership will not return any phone calls.

They did not check the vehicle out before selling it to me, which resulted in me having to return to the service department a couple weeks later because the heat didn't work. Was advised then that I needed to replace the brake pads, which was not their responsibility and that I bought the car "as is." Rude sales manager who just wants to push vehicles out the door, regardless of condition.

Service advisor recommended a service that was not going to solve the problem I was trying to solve but he recommended anyways. Once the service was done, he said that the work promised was not going to be able to be done. In other word they were just trying to get the money for the service.

My battery was totally dead on a 1 yr old car that was bought new. They sent guy to jump start and he said battery was defective. They refused a new battery warranty because of my low mileage. They said battery not defective and it was because I don't drive the car enough.

4 recalls for ICCU, none of which prevented failure of unit. Nickel and dimeing the problem still resulted in replacement of unit.
Tried to sell replacement of TWO filters. Car only has one and the other was replaced 2 weeks before, Finally, the car wash was ridiculous - the roof was covered with dirt.

Turning on brand new car to stinky air filter is nasty. And then they charged me their merchant fee to pay with credit card?? Excellent service, I hate the fact they hide the snacks from you while you wait. They want you to go up to the checkout counter and ask for a snack.
I just think it is too elementary. If you can't afford to put snacks out put in a vending machine.
