Friendly concerned service. Ready for me when I arrived. Got in next day after oil leak discovered in my Palisade. Haven't dealt with sales but service has been top notch. Wish I could say the same for their online app. Always end up calling for an appointment. The app is worthless.

Did not fix the issue. Said they found nothing wrong with the stop-start. But when I picked it up still does not work. But they assured me it was working for them.
This happened to my daughter car as well. They never find anything wrong when it's under factory warranty

I like how they come out to greet you as soon as you pull into the service entrance. Walk you through what they are going to do walk you over to the waiting area. Text you when they are done and come to get you walking you to the service office. They are all very friendly polite just amazing customer service from start to finish.

They did a great job replacing my under-warranty engine. They also provided a beautiful, brand-new Tucson as a loaner. I had to ask to have one after a week, though. That should have been offered from the get-go as replacing an engine is not a simple couple of days repair. It took almost three weeks.

my truck was in for an oil change. I was shown a fluid leak under the truck which I did appreciate but I asked if that was transmission fluid and was told no. i even asked to please check the transmission fluid before the leak was discovered. took it somewhere else and they found it was the transmission leaking and it was almost out of fluid.

Service was done promptly, but they have my mileage written down incorrectly, my vehicle only has 27000 miles on it and went back 2 times to have it corrected and they still reported it with 37000 miles ..
