My car was in to get fixed. They had my car for 5 hrs. Meanwhile I got sick waiting for my car. I wish I knew his name who helped me. I told them I was not feeling good. When I went to pick up my car, The guy who was taking care of my bill, went outside started my car and turned on my heated seats for me. Very sweet of him to do!!!

Went in for oil change and extra work on my car. They tried to tell me I needed new tires and that more was wrong than what I went there for. My tires weren't even a year old. Had my car in elsewhere before going to them and the extras they mentioned had been fine at the other repair shop.

I really enjoy Van Horn a lot. My only reason for a four star is because the tracking system they send to your phone was not working. The guy that helped me was very pleasant and helpful. Also as a senior, he walked me all the way to my car. It had snowed and was slippery outside. I will definitely return and would suggest Van Horn of Fond du lac to everyone!

Friendly concerned service. Ready for me when I arrived. Got in next day after oil leak discovered in my Palisade. Haven't dealt with sales but service has been top notch. Wish I could say the same for their online app. Always end up calling for an appointment. The app is worthless.

Did not fix the issue. Said they found nothing wrong with the stop-start. But when I picked it up still does not work. But they assured me it was working for them.
This happened to my daughter car as well. They never find anything wrong when it's under factory warranty
