I was pleased with the service department. I arrived with a concern about having to get my tires aligned more than once this year and the tires being out of balance. Maureena was my service technician and she had the guys in the bay double check my car. When I got it back, it rode like a new car, which is what you can expect from Van Horn Honda, great service,

As always, excellent, efficient service. They found a potential safety issue we are correcting as soon as the part arrives. I have several Honda dealerships much closer, but I stick with them and make the drive because I trust them. They haven't let me down and I recommend them highly.

Service was fine- but picked up car after hours- and was not able to find out if recall was performed and results. Called the next day- couldn't get an answer - left number- called again - employees couldn't tell me - called again - left number for employee who could to call back - no call back. Didn't want to leave bad review- but had no choice bad service - bad review- . So yeah -

I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived I was never even looked at or addressed for probably close to 10 minutes. The waiting area smells like straight pee. I was told I had a break light out - I don't. I won't be going back, Mario who actually helped me was great though.

I was in a bit of a time crunch and tried to make plans for my keys to be left in the car so I could pick up my parents. The key was misplaced and caused an hour delay. I was offered some kind of compensation, but when texting with a dealer they kinda blew me off. I'm sure this was a fluke. All my other was great. This visit, not so great.

Hassle free with no hard sell purchase on add-ons. We received a great proce on this vehicle but also did our research before reaching out. Accepted our answer re: no add ons and we got in and out in less than 2 hours taking delivery of a certified 2024 Honda Accord w/low miles which was recently serviced to include all new tires. Our salesperson, KJ, was great to deal with. Couldn't be happier with our decision.

I went there to fix an oil leak in my car. Spent a lot of money for the repair, and it's still leaking almost even worse than before. Only thing saving it from a 1 star is that they helped Uber me to and from the shop as needed, which is nice, but doesn't change the fact that the car is still experiencing the same issue.

What I liked: Salesmen were great. Responsive to phone messages and what we needed. What I didn't like: Bought a car and the drivers side had a damaged floor mat that was covered up with a paper one and the tank was completely empty. I had to fill my tank within 5 miles of the dealership to avoid running out of gas.

Two hour oil change and check engine light on after oil change. Immediately went back to dealer. Codes cleared. Proceeded to leave and error comes up again. Told $140.00 to diagnose. Senior advisor comes to assess recommends taking vehicle to Mercedes Benz dealer.

I just needed to get a headlight replaced and didn't want to wait until my scheduled appt a week later. So I called and was able to bring my car in and have a new headlight within 20 minutes. I greatly appreciated the prompt, courteous service as I had been driving with the burned out headlight for several weeks which is not safe after dark.

On Friday, I saw that there was a huge screw or something in my tire. I had a busy day and weekend ahead and was concerned that this would create a problem for my plans. I went to Van Horn Honda. Kyle was patient & explained everything that needed to be done & why. Work was completed quickly but they let me stay in the loaner car for 2 extra days because I was so busy with a family funeral. I can definitely tell the difference in the engine performance.
