I have taken care of my own trucks for oil change and grease. Check fluids and tire pressure. With the purchase of my used 2015 F150 I received free oil changes for life. At my age I appreciate not having to change the oil. The service people at Van Horn are good to work with. They keep me informed of any needed additional maintenance.

When this dealer gives you "oil for life" changes they never fill the crankcase to the full mark. They only add to the minimum "safe range". I'm told that's ok by the dealer. I havr complained to them each time they change the oil. They say as long as it's in this range it's fine

The dealership offered a free pickup and droppoff service on the date .y vehicle went in for a transmission filter and fluid change. This was very convenient for me and allowed me to hang around the house and get other projects done.

Normally my experiences are good, but this one was not brought it in for an oil change tire rotation, and a recall when we got it back our charging ports in the front we're not working and now one of our rear tire pressure sensors is on saying it's malfunctioned so overall, I'd say it wasn't well

Nice service writers, but 115 minutes for an oil change and tire rotate is far too long. My appointment was scheduled weeks ahead of time, and they were aware that I was waiting. Also, I received an e-mail request for payment a week later, but my bill was obviously paid at the time that I left with my vehicle.

I explained what the problem was with my truck but they wouldn't listen. They didn't take the truck drive to repeat the heater/ac not working. Instead they merely put the diagnostic machine in the truck and claimed they found no issue and charged $220 for nothing

Had an oil change. During the process they were more interested in looking for more work.
They pulled the rubber air deflector away from the frame. It's purpose is force air through the grill up through the radiators and transmission cooler.
I'm having other needed items addressed by a different shop.

Seems difficult to get in for an Oil change and when told a time to come in, car dropped off and told it would be done 2-3 hrs later. I understand the free oil changes are at the bottom of priority, but it's something you use for a selling advantage, but you make it difficult to get in. We can just change our own oil change if this is going to continue to be a hassle.
