When one staff member didn't have the information I needed, they found the member who could provide what I needed. I had to call for both of those issues the bottle goes in my gas tank when I needed gas I shouldn't have to go chasing down these things

Always professional. I had the tires rotated, which I'm sure was done well. But my concern was a squeaking coming from near the back left tire. It's still there. The reason given was possible rust rubbing off each time I start driving. That would be amazingly fast oxidization and a problem with some surface prone to rusting enough to be rubbed/scraped off every few hours. It's still squeaking.
