Scheduling this appointment was somewhat confusing and frustrating because I kept getting bounced back and forth from service to parts. The service itself was excellent as always, but I apparently have a different definition of 3-in-1 bumper to bumper coverage which I paid for when I purchased my vehicle from Van Horn. I ended up being charged parts and labor for replacement of a brake light bulb and rear windshield wiper.

The service itself was excellent, but the prices were steep. For example, they were going to charge $150.00 to test the battery, when I could go to Auto Zone and have it done for free (which I did). The cost of the battery was close to $250.00. The cost of the labor was reasonable. But a bill of $401.00 for a half-hour job? Yikes!
