Normally very friendly and full of answers to the questions and great service -not this time. When they found something - they did not have time to fix nor did they offer to schedule! They just put down decline even though I wanted it addressed because they did not have time.

All the work was done quickly. Found we needed alignment when inspecting tire wear and completed that. No details from brake inspection or alignment. Would like to know what they found. Also right rear tire was low on air after rotation. Should have checked tire pressures when rotating.

Scheduling this appointment was somewhat confusing and frustrating because I kept getting bounced back and forth from service to parts. The service itself was excellent as always, but I apparently have a different definition of 3-in-1 bumper to bumper coverage which I paid for when I purchased my vehicle from Van Horn. I ended up being charged parts and labor for replacement of a brake light bulb and rear windshield wiper.

I set up the appointment and was told it would be 2 hours. I said I would wait at Van Horn. Upon arrival I was told it would take 3 hours and it did. It was a long wait. Can only drink so much coffee.
