Could not do some of the service I requested and the service they did do was very expensive. One item I needed serviced was the rear windshield wiper, they said it was fixed but 200.00 later it still didn't work. They never even tested to see if it worked.

Tried to trade in a 2019 and needed a ballpark number for my trade in, which they gave me nothing but the run around. Couldn't visit dealership cause I live in another state. The car they had was a buyback......a messed up title and had been in a accident also was for sale for the longest time and they just gave me the run around........no wonder they can't make a sale........they don't want to. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Robert, thank you for letting me know about your experience. You wanted to trade in a 2019 Mustang, correct? That has a bunch of modifications. We called our inventory lead for our dealership group, who tried to give you a call to go over questions he had and get you a value. I apologize if you did not connect with him on that. We do put Carfax online for all of our vehicles so customers can know the history right away. We try to be 100% transparent and give you all the information you need to make an educated decision.

PERFECT! I arrived before opening time and I had no appointment. They let me in early. The problem with my car was diagnosed quickly. Parts needed to be ordered. Since I was out of town, I had my local dealer order them and do the service. Tate Struve was the service rep and he could not have done a better job representing the dealer. He gave me a copy of the service bulletin to use and explained the necessary service. Thanks Tate.
