I liked that they finally got my car fixed, I didn't like the customer service and communication on how they handled the service. And after all the miscommunication I still wasn't courtesy 5 dollar off or nothing. Then after having my car over a week , I had to bring it back because the the car still wasn't fixed right . The tech left some wires loose .Customer Service means a lot

I only bring my car into Van and someone the last time put the lug nuts on wrong which stripped the studs. Because my car wasnt driven for half of 2025 because I had knee replacement surgery. I was told even though they were the last ones to work on my vehicle it was out of warranty so I had to pay for their screw up. So my oil change and tire rotation that should have been about 100.00 cost me 400.00.

Our records indicate that your vehicle has not been serviced at our facility for approximately one year and three months, during which time it accumulated 7,394 miles.
We were informed that the vehicle was taken to another repair facility where the wheels were repaired and rotated. Based on our assessment, the damage appears to have resulted from improper wheel rotation performed during that visit. As such, we recommend contacting the previous repair facility to inquire whether they would be willing to reimburse you for the cost of the repair.
If available, please provide them with a copy of your receipt or any related documentation from that service visit, as it may assist with their review.

Jon Goth, my service advisor was personable and professional. He went the extra mile to add more air to my tires at my request because of the extreme Artic blast our area is experiencing. The tires had been inflated to the recommended pressure under normal conditions but with the winter months, I prefer a little more air. Everyone in service was professional and greeted me immediately even though they were extremely busy.
