Did everything over the phone when we got there? Everything was perfect.
Really nice people to deal with. We were there a little bit longer than we wanted to be, but not too bad.
I'm one of those like to get in write a check and leave. So it took a little longer than I wanted. But the good thing is we got to stop and eat Whataburger.

The service experience was just fine, requested service completed. I do want to make note that the vehicle mileage was mis-stated on service check-in and the final invoice. The actual mileage was 43,488 - not 42,488. Is it possible to make that correction in the service history files?

The service dept. diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road. Since this car is my family's only transportation, diagnosis required my car to be in the shop a couple of days. A shuttle service to home and back would have been helpful. But I understand that's not available anymore.

They diagnosed the problem and se it me a list of items needing attention. I was glad to find out what the problem was, but the cost to repair all they found was astronomical. I wound up only having the most-serious defect repair.
I was disappointed that the service tech didn't try to give me a break on the cost. Oh well, I will probably take the remaining needed repairs to a shop that doesn't charge exorbitant prices.

Service consultant always keeps you informed every step of the way. He gives you the price of each service before asking you if you wanted it done. He will make recommendations on what services need to be completed now verses what can what, giving you time to save some money to pay for the service in the future. It is one of the few places I do not feel taken advantage of.

The service department is always excellent! Everyone in my personal service team has superb people skills! The facility is always neat and clean and everyone is extremely accommodating! The only problem I have with this visit is: My brakes are still squeaking! Maybe my car has a mind of its own and enjoys spending time in the shop!
