I have had nothing but good at van bortle till this time. Jake Zito wore a trump bracelet while at work. This is inappropriate since it is a work place. Also Subaru is a mostly LGBTQ+ brand of car. It's called the lesbian car for a reason. And then this. Targeting their main demographic at the dealership, is wrong. Also I was getting warranty work done, meaning I get a free rental car for the day, this is in their terms of service, and was told to me on the phone, Jake tried charging me for the car I used to get to work that day. I was able to drop that charge but still wrong it was even tried to be added. As a woman who already gets anxiety at a mostly man dominated environment such as car dealerships taking advantage of someone and trying to charge them extra is unfair. I will have to go back to get warranty work done in the future but will be taking my maintenance elsewhere

It was a little confusing when wanting to get my tail light bulb replaced. I called and was told they can't do it in the express lane, then when I called to set up appointment I was told just use the express lane. I did and was quickly taken care of.
