Really love this place. The first time I thought about going to Valvoline, I was a little scared. I know they are an oil change company, but I have heard horror stories about those kind of quick oil change places, but to my surprise everything was awesome. Every time I go, they have great service. They also have great coupon deals.

Sadly this service was poor. Didn't check the battery, didn't check tire pressures. Tire rotation was a struggle for them. Techs seemed to spend more time checking their phones instead of paying attention. I will not be back. Had used them before and service was solid but will not use again.

Short wait time. Was suggested that I replace the cabin air filter but when I declined, I didn't get an argument. Was also suggested to replace some fluids (totalling just over $100) but I am planning to get a new car soon & said so. Was told that the car would run better & more efficiently if I decide to return to do it so I may, if I hold on to the car for a few months thru part of winter.

Person I was dealing with was arguing with me on different things I was saying. But he knows my car better than me. The oil I asked for was not what was put in my car. I've had good service here before. This man needs to be talked to.

The location didn't do a full oil change - never checked air in tires. Had me pay before any work was performed. Rude and management was not helpful- had to reach out to customer service for assistances. For paying $152 they did the work of paying $15

When se vice was done in the 15 th store would not accept current coupon for 20% off oil change stating it was expired yet the expiration date on the coupon was 12/17 . If your not going to except your own coupons then stop emailing them to me . Very disappointing would not happen in other retailers fix your issues and empower your people to make it right

Guy spilled oil all over my engine, didnt fill my coolant so it was completely empty, didnt check tires as it says on invoice, broke my automatic tow mirrors because he pulled on them and I have still yet to hear back from them about this awful experience.
