Immediately after having oil changed car would not start (in the bay). The techs pushed my car out of the bay so I could have it towed from Valvoline. Dealership documented that Valvoline left oil low and did not fill the full amount. I paid $150 for and oil change and filter to have my car towed off the lot will less oil than I it should.

There should be a super rating! From the time I entered the parking lot, until I pulled away, a technician was in constant contact. He checked my needs, reviewed my service history, made recommendations but respected my decisions. They met and then exceeded my expectations.

I was first in line, was still a long wait. Oil change itself was very quick but way too much time spent trying to upsell me on other services. When I left there were 6 cars waiting in line!

We don't have a Valvoline in Mansfield where I live. Wooster is a nearby city (that actually has a Valvoline).
They gave me a oil change and checked all the fluids.
They have pretty decent prices too.

I bought wiper blades that broker fairly fast and the store manager refused to refund me because he said I haven't had an oil change in the months but if I had an oil change on Sept 9th and I return the blades Dec 2nd that's not 3 full months there's still 7days. They also blew the motor in my Nissan Altima yrs back double capping and breaking a piece of metal off in my engine

The Gentlemen who took care of me and my car are such professionals. This is the only place I take my car for oil changes and other services. They do not pressure me, but they politely inform me as to what they are doing to my car, and what they recommend needs to be done. I have never been disappointed. They even give senior discounts. The customer service is decent but oil changes are way overpriced. If anyone is reading this, take 25-30 minutes of your time and do it yourself. It will cost you $10 for a reusable oil pan, $20-$30 for oil and around $8-$10 for an oil filter. There you go you spend about $40 instead of $80-$100+. Its not worth paying for it. If you dont know how to do it, look it up on YouTube. Its pretty easy.

shop didn't have oil filter or headlight. Had to go to Advance Auto and buy my own oil filter and bulb. They did change the bulb for no charge but Advance would have put it in for free also. I don't think I received a discount for supplying my own oil filter. Still paid 89.00

she insulted me and my car told me I wasn't taking care of my car because I wouldn't allow her to change the transmission oilI told her Ford told me that was only for super duty service vehicles at 30,000 miles and she said that's why Ford's don't last long
