Friendly staff. Didn't push me on replacing my cabin filter (it didn't need it). When it was revealed my battery was on its last legs they let me downgrade the oil I was going to get (I was going one up) to the one I usually get since the battery was an unexpected expense. Bonus: they had 1 of my battery available (it's a hard to find battery - smaller than most).

These people are always terrific. I love their team system of check and re-check. They seem happy in their work and are always pleasant and friendly. And they just do a great quick, accurate job. I hope that Valvoline continues to take good care of their employees.

Hi,
The Service man was a total hustler. I came in after calling and being told the front window wiper blades were $15 or $30. I assumed this was for the pair. After installing I was told they were $30 each. Totally misleading sales tactics by the phone retailer and the service worker. Im not happy with being mislead and I wont return unless theres a god explanation or resolution.

They were too pushy trying to sell me on things I did not need and did not want try to explain to me that my transmission fluid was old and needed to be replaced in actuality my transmission has been freshly rebuilt approximately 2000 miles ago with brand new fluid

Tried to overcharge me by more than $30 for the oil change compared to the competition down the road, and initial technician was rude to me when I asked for discount or coupons. Second technician was a little better and nicer, but terrible customer service, and there was no manager or supervisor on location, so they just made up prices. Terribly run. I won't be back to Valvoline.
