They couldn't figure out how to close the air filter cover. So I asked the person working on closing it what's going on ? He said its because with time the cover don't function like it should. I told him this don't make any sense. Then anther worker gos to me if you don't like it here then don't come back again. The he walkd away sticking his tongue at me.

I didnt like that i had to wait 40 minutes and then they were out of my oil (again). So it ended up costimg 66 dollars instead of 25 dollars but did t want to have wait in line again the other day. The sad part is the managers told everyone there would have been a wait, maybe they should habe said that they were out of conventional oil

The personal were great. Courteous and professional. The problem was the equipment they had to replace the transmission fluid did not function properly. I ended up spending at least another half hour there while they completed the work. I feel a company as large as Valvoline should not let this happen. If equipment it should be replaced quickly.

The employee angel did not show me my oil stick where I could see it so I had touched his gloved hand to try to tilt it so I could see the oil and he yelled and cussed me out, saying don't touch him at all kinds of stuff and was rude so I will not be going back to Valvoline again and I will not recommend it to any of my family or friends

Took forever. I waited for over 45mins with no car infrastructure of me. The whole process took me an hour and 45mins. Was almost late to work. Why does it take so long for what jiffy lube does in a fraction of the time?
