I had to ask questions to uncover problems that they should've voluntarily told me about. Missing bolts in my underside panel bad TPMS on all four wheels and I just had new tires put on and had them calibrated and made sure they were working properly.

I get good service at this facility. Sometimes there's a wait, but when I went a few weeks ago, I was able to pull in. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I was in and out quickly. In the past, I've had some hard sell from the staff about additional services and products, but during this last visit, when I said that I didn't need anything other than a routine oil change, they just said "okay" and continued on. Good staff here

They forgot to give me the paperwork with updated information on my vehicle and ended up breaking my stem valve on my tire abx lied and said they couldn't take the tire valve cover off thats very irresponsible. I ended up having a flat literally 15 mins later when I departed the store.

It's expensive but you pay for the convenience of in/out fast service. Friendly staff, I wouldn't do more than the oil change with them. Even cabin air filter which is an $8-10 part that takes someone with no training a minute to swap out they wanted $54 to replace.

I had a right front headlight that went out. It was in a tight spot, so rather than get frustrated and end up showing off my colorful vocabulary, I made the choice to visit Valvoline. I had no wait and everyone was extremely friendly. The job was done quite quickly and the bill was less than I expected the light to cost. Great job, you guys are the best.

Dont think Ill be going to ANY valvoline centers anymore. Spill oil on your clean motor and coverings, smear oil all over your paint, not even sure if they put in the correct oil. Seems like their over friendly approach is a mask for the sloppiness. Done.

one of the guys there broke a valve off my air filter that connects to the engine and was not too happy about it one of the guys got smart with me and tried to call me a liar. right now just waiting on my car to be fixed i will not take my car back there again for services
