Valvoline on Oleander Drive in Wilmington is great. I'm always in an out in a reasonable amount of time. I didn't have to even get out of my car. The staff is friendly and professional. They check the fluids and make any recommendations if needed but never try to push and services on you. More convenient than the dealership because I didn't need an appointment.

Very friendly and professional staff. Only thing I did not like is the Valvoline locations do not carry restore and protect. I would gladly pay an upcharge to get that oil over a basic full synthetic.

Not sure why this says they changed a filter or service the car. They only changed the oil. That cost over $50. They were very nice but they only changed the oil.

Went for oil change and inspection. Service tech advised That I had another 3000 miles before oil change due. Completed inspection and saved cost of unneeded oil change. Much appreciated honesty.

They only change the oil and check the tire pressure they did not top off the fluids are offer any type of specials or check any of the filters this is not the norm when I have this vehicle taken in for an oil change at this shop

Pulled up waited a few minutes Pulled into the bay 3 bays all full it didn't take long before I was done it was a little higher then the dealership but Not a lot and I got a restaurant recommendation because I was out of town and it was great food I would recommend this place to anyone

Wife went there for inspection. Needed new tires. Then guy said I needed to have dealer rip off my window tint and he would lose his inspector license and drivers license and go to jail and pay fines if he passed our inspection and got caught. Total BS. Will stick with dealership for service in the future. Don't care that we needed new tires. Just the other stuff was over the top.

After traveling to several spots for an inspection, this Valvoline location made my day. Previously, I had been to other businesses to try and get a drive inspection. But, either the lines were too long, an inspector wasn't on duty, or they had to make a reservation for a week out. Feeling frustrated, I drove up, and to my surprise, they were the friendliest staff. The place was immaculate and highly recommend this location.

Pulled right up and told the mechanic what service I was looking to get done. He directed me to the open bay and kept me informed the entire time with what he was checking and how everything looked under the hood. Service was quick and easy! Definitely will be back!
