The team was courteoud and efficient in providing my service. I had them replace my cabin air filter. I must add, though, that $60 is a bit salty for that item. It's not a high-tech part, and it's easy to reach; but, it's replaced and good for another year. Overall, I am happy with the experience. I have always had good service at this location.

Long long with only 1 of the 2 beds open. After I returned home a concerning amount of oil was puddled under my car. Took the car back and they couldn't locate any issues but overheard the technician "there's a lot of oil down here" and "who did this job as it's a mess." Spoiler: he was the bay person for the job.

I sat in the bay for 15 minutes before service began. Timing was unusual, normally service begins as soon as you lull in. I believe there were 4 or 5 techs on duty at the time. One tech was no wearing his safety glasses (they were flipped up on top of his head). I worked for Ashland Chemical for many years and that is serious issue.

It was ok, everyone was friendly except one guy who was yelling at the top of his lungs. This was not necessary, he does not need to yell like for each and every service all day long. It was hard to hear the guy a was talking to directly for service

The guys were great, changed out brake bulb and explained hat the stems for my tires were in bad condition and to be careful when filling them up. He went into great detail to explain how to be mindful of them when filling up and how the low pressure tire sensors work in conjunction with the stems on some models. They were courteous and quick.

Valvoline now charges for services they used to deliver for free (i.e. fluid top offs). They were also unable to help me address problems they usually can take care (low coolant level) because my car is a hybrid. I was able to take my vehicle to another oil change location (Quicklube) and they added coolant for free.
