Apparently getting the wrong wiper blades that were specified and installed by Valvoline cant be replaced because you didnt return them within 4 days after purchase. Of course it didnt rain in those 4 days to let you know they were wrong. Obviously more wrong than the wiper blades.

The new Manager acts very childish and when I asked why they are using a dirty Jug to fill my car he told me not to worry. I explained I dont mix oil and he tried to sell me his expertise which, sorry you dont try to sell a person which build performance engines. They had oil all over my top cover, I got out and asked them to clean. This is not the same Team. Doubt I will take any of my many vehicles back. SAD !

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. After changing the oil they asked me to get back in line behind three other cars in order to do the tire rotation because the garage has only one lift and they could not perform both tasks at the same time.

They did a very poor job . I will never go back
They lost tools in the engine compartment and got oil on my paint. They aired up my tires and didn't put the valve stem caps back on all the way and I lost one on the ride home . I had to tighten the rest of them . It was like a circus with a bunch of clowns .

I typically go to a Valvoline Instant Oil Change in different parts of the St. Louis area as I live outside of the area nad prefer their services to others. I've been to at least 6 different locations, and this one was the best one I've been to from their rapid service to the courtesy of the staff. I highly recommend this location.
