Broke a stud. They are paying to replace it. The issue is I have to drive 45 mins to pick up at my daughter's college and drive it 45 minutes back to have it repaired the next day. Then drive it back to switch out my vehicle with her. 3 hrs of driving. My time as well as the gas to get this done very inconvenient.

Price and oil change service is good BUT lady said she was going to email me my receipt and DID NOT. I can't call store to request receipt email because answering service is AI. AI won't give me store number and they can't email receipt. THIS IS TERRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
I'll have to make a special trip to the store to get my receipt!!!!! I'll be looking for a new place for oil changes.

Tech underfilled oil and had to add more twice. Oil was dripped on grill and engine compartment and there was oil stains, handprints, and smudges all around the area serviced. They should put fender protectors down to protect the vehicle. Service took about 30 minutes for just the oil change.
Techs were friendly and seemed like they want to do a good job but training and support may be lacking.

Not happy with the projected oil change interval of 3000 miles for semi-synthetic oil. This seems to be focused on Valvoline's profit maximization and is about 50% of the car company interval recommendation.
I commented on it and was told that it was Valvoline's "required interval". I'm not going back for service there again.

There was nothing I didn't like. Quick and efficient. The person helping me explained everything they were going to do and because the timing was not right he suggested I was not due for some services yet. I liked his honesty.

They didn't put filter on correctly to point of oil leak, went back and they then overtightened it to point leaked more and when I had to fix it myself filter was stripped on threads due to them using impact.

Over filled oil and I left blowing smoke all over, to their credit though, I turned back after a few miles and they drained and refilled oil correctly. No apparent damage beyond that. Supposed to send me email for free oil change for my troubles but have yet to see it. Probably blowing my smoke up my a**.

I normally go to another Valvoline in Irondequoit Rochester my but they ran out of oil they sent me to another location in Webster my and whoever changed my oil left the plastic cover from my undercarriage hanging I'm very disappointed in my service this time
