The facilities, staff, and service are always good.
My issue as a car guy is the price of a basic oil change is way too much. Even with the coupon it's still a hundred bucks. I'm in my 70s with several cars and I'm going to start changing my oil myself for about $25 out of necessity.

great people, great oil change. They sent me a bum coupon and the local store could not fix it, so, I spent 30.00 more than I should have on an oil change. Yes, I could have left, but, I had scheduled the time... next time, I'm going to change my own oil and save a lot... too bad valvoline hasn't connected marketing to on the floor oil techs!

Everyone was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy with other services. The manager, Rebecca, was extremely good, working and leading all the employees. It's the only place I go and it's definitely a 5 star.

Great service!
Wish I knew exactly how much I'm going to pay for oil change for my Ford F150. It needs something like 7.7 quarts of oil. I ended up paying an extra $40 for you call extra oil.
