This oil change was VERY NECESSARY and as usual , they were fast , thorough and a great start to the day. Employees were being trained and the trainer and trainers were all upbeat , knowledgeable and polite. We all had a good laugh. Price great also

Fast & friendly, I was in & out in 28 minutes. They handled some pickups and suvs in about half that time while I was there, BUT they did in 28 minutes what has always taken the Volkswagen dealer 90+ minutes to do my Atlas! They followed a process, had safety checks, and were thorough. I will definitely continue to use them.

New management has upgraded the facilities and has a full crew on every shift to meet service needs. The hours are 7-7 M-Fri, perfect for working people like me who can only stop in before or after their work shift.

The service was fine, but the lady that works the front desk was very defensive, for no apparent reason, and used a tone that bordered on rude. I will not be returning to that location in the future. I have used this specific location for years and years. I moved away and even returned to this location when I returned to the area. I think there must be new owners or new management.

messed up my whole car didnt put radiator cap back on or my dipstick all the way back in which made it loose all the coolant and overheat and it sprayed oil everywhere because they didnt put the dipstick all the way in looks like a fluid bomb blew up under my hood

They would get four stars but they messed up the mileage on this service. It's supposed to be 83716. Now I'm getting alerts that my oil change is overdue and my tire rotation is overdue. I am not able to edit the mileage so I stopped by so they can fix it but they haven't yet.
