Great customer service! I work for Tulare County and I love the employee discount I get. I had been pulled over by cop because my front passenger headlight was burned out. I did not get a ticket - but needed to replace the light and they had my bulb and replaced it during the oil. That was nice - did not have to go to a mechanic after the oil change - saved me so much time.

Excellent customer service. They're quick, professional, and even go out of their way to help you save money by letting you know about their current coupon codes. I highly recommend them and will be going back myself.
Oh and I got my transmission flushed, not an oil change, and j was still only there for maybe 20 minutes!

Went to get an oil change and they told me exactly what I needed and when. Topped off oil and advised I had few more thousand miles left to drive. Didnt end up changing oil and used my money to get a different service I needed on my transmission instead. Great service.

Staffs were so helpful. I inquired about transmission fluid change along with planned oil change, staff said that transmission fluid isnt due yet. Honest as they will let you know if your car isnt due for a service unlike others that will try to get more service even if not yet due.
