The cost was way too high. I even had a 20.00 coupon and it was still over 100.00. I realize you pay for the convenience but this was ridiculous. They did not reset my car to reflect the oil change. I usually go to a shop to have this done but my daughter took the car for me and went to you. Sorry but it will be the last time.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change performed an excellent oil change for my car. They were welcoming, courteous, and provided great service for my car. I first started having my car's service as Oil Can Henry's and now I still bring my vehicles to VIOC who bought out Oil Can Henry's businesses. I highly recommend them for fair prices and expeditious service!!

Great job but felt like they were trying to upsell on other services. Last time I was in they said I had a leak in my oil line and this time there was no oil leak but my transmission is leaking. This was said after declining a transmission flush.

Always good service. They need to get my model Mazda CX30 Premium in their system. Found out last visit it is not in and that is why they can never find me in their system even though I always go to the same location. The guy almost turned me away saying they cant work on a car if the model is not in their system. Told him I always came to the location and I guess is did a work around.

Staff was friendly, and courteous. They listened to my requests and handled everything professionally. They even went so far as to have me switch bays to get me in first based on when I arrived instead of waiting longer in the line I was in.
There was a bit of a wait, and I wished they had more bays. I also wished they had more of a selection of wipers or wash fluid. But they did well with what they had.

you get to stay in your car while it is being serviced and avoid the hassle of trying to get an appointment with a dealer like Alan Webb ,which is very difficult to schedule with.

They were great! Made it super easy and even looked under my car for me. I thought I heard something scraping. The team did tell me I was good to leave 3 different times though, each time forgetting that they had not replaced the licenses plate light on the rear side of my car. I'm glad I reminded them and didn't leave without it since I was charged.

Went to get a serpintine belt. Found I don't have one and the 3 I do they didn't want to replace. Sent me across the street to Midas which was closed. (F.Y.I guys...they close at 4 on Saturday) But it's all good. I ended up finding a different mechanic that I think I may be going to for years to come. Even for my oil changes.
