Total time at the shop was longer than expected due to high customer volume, and the vehicle had to be moved to two different bays to accommodate the service requirements. Otherwise an overall good experience!

Fast & Easy! And, most of all, done at a reasonable price!
I drive a (notorious transmission) 2013 Nissan Rogue SL. If you don't REGULARLY flush the transmission, you may as well flush it down the toilet!
Every 30-35k miles Valvoline Instant Oil Change flushes out my terribly designed tranny. The price is affordable, and it keeps my transmission in tip-top shape!
They are very friendly and affable, I highly recommend their service!

New staff who were not as thorough as previous visits. I never saw the manager who used to come out and check on service bay. Otherwise it is done and I'll be back but I hope the new staff get more confident and capable. I had to ask for lights to be checked - which used to be routine.

I had to pay 145 dollars for diagnosis that the dealerships competitors do for free. I was given a very high qoute on a transmission replacement. I have already gotten a qoute 2000 dollars cheaper from a competitor right down the road from the dealership. Buyer beware!

Five star as always - they can be expensive, but the convenience and speed at which I can check this off my to do list is worth it! Tip - look them up and download coupon before going, there's always some discount worth grabbing! I love that they always update my car fax info too, some dealers service locations are not even that diligent.
