They didn't check wipers or even lights until I finally asked. Turns out one wiper needed replacement later. Didn't ask about inside air filter either or even let me know if fluids were ok. Not sure if they even checked?

My experience was excellent. This was my third oil change at this facility, and I will be returning for my next one. The techs were pleasant, and the shop was clean. No appointment was needed, and I have not had more than one car in line ahead of me. I compliment their very smooth way of getting the job done. Thanks to a great team.

I was greeted as soon as I pulled up outside the store. There was one car in front of me for servicing; however, I did not have to wait long for my turn. The associate explained the recommended oil for my vehicle and the cost up front. There was a video monitor of the well area where I could observe the technician working under my car. Everyone working there was professional and pleasant. Very happy with the experience.

"Technicians" drained the used oil on the frame and did not clean it up. It ended up leaking on to my driveway at home.
I went back to the station when I saw the oil on my driveway because I thought it was leaking from the work they did. They cleaned up the residual oil and gave me a $15 voucher for next time.
I think I'll just take it to the dealer from now on.
