I know that the service techs are not paid off commission but I feel like thet are always trying to push more than what is fully needed.
Also asked if they filled the wiper fluid and the tech says 'yeah,yeah, first thing we do and I can see it full from here.' Needless to say it was not done. Not sure if they stopped doing that.

Was overcharged way too much. Especially from the quote I got over the phone and when I kept asking how much everything would cost he kept dodging my question until they finished and it was too late to say no, so I am pretty upset.

Everyone is so helpful and courteous. They check everything, top off all of the fluids, check your tire pressure all this while changing the oil. I have been going to Valvoline for my oil changes for years now. Even on my previous vehicle which was a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer. They did a great job for me for many years with that car, so I naturally went back with the little Chevy Spark. My favorite place for oil changes and quick checkups!

Went in, no issues, they told me everything was looking good, then I turned down a transmission flush and all of a sudden I have a transmission leak, but I took it to pep boys and they didn't see a transmission leak, so they tried to lie to me to get me to pay their outrageous prices no transmission leak detected with safety inspection at pep boys the very next day.

The same employee constantly tells me I need a radiator flush, it was done 20,000 miles ago there for over 100.00. When I say no, he argues my car will be affected and needs it immediately until I prove it was just done and for him to check the computer. This employee is constantly trying scare tactics to have extra services completed.

Was there for 30mins including about 15mins waiting to get in. Went around lunchtime so figured they'd be busy. They did a thorough job, showing and explaining everything they did. They offer additional work but they're not pushy about it, just say no thanks not at this time. Will continue to go back to the Southington VIOC

First time going there for me! They checked/added air in all tires if necessary, checked brake lights, head lights, blinkers, parking lights, changed the oil plug/oil and topped off all fluids all while sitting in the car. I will be using this place from now on! The staff was very thorough, multi tasked all 3 bays and worked together as a team to get all the cars in and out as quickly as possible!!

Upsale- they have been using full synthetic oil for 10 years now they are pushing european oil said damage will happen with full synthetic. They put in my car last 10 years! So will they be responsible for that? European oil is good for over 15k before next oil change with additives they dont tell you that.

Thank you for taking time to share this feedback with us. Here at Valvoline our stickers default at 3000 miles regardless of the type of oil that was used. We understand that some manufacturers and service centers may recommend higher mileage intervals for normal driving conditions. Valvoline does base the 3000 mile interval regardless of oil type for cars driven under what auto manufacturers consider severe driving conditions. Research has shown that more than 80% of consumers drive under severe conditions such as stop-and-go traffic, short trips, temperature extremes, etc. While auto manufacturers' maintenance recommendations are dramatically shorter for severe driving conditions, our reminder stickers default at 3,000 miles.

They neglected to put the cover or shield back on correctly after the oil change and it partially fell off when I was on the highway. It was scraping the road but was still attached so I couldn't drive. I waited over 2 hours for AAA in 105 degree heat and then it wasn't covered by my warrantee. STAY AWAY!!
