Bit of a wait, but understandable because they were pretty busy. Staff were very profane (f bombs and racist slurs), bad mouthed other customers, and one stated it was the worst job he had ever had.

Very professional. Will change my oil change service from Express oil change to Valvoline. Express wouldn't do my oil change when I drove up 10 min before their closing. Guess they didn't want my business. Valvoline was happy to take care of my car. So they've earned my business for all 3 of my vehicles.

I only had to wait 10 minutes to begin the transmission service; and the Technician was very pleasant and focused on the necessary tasks needed to complete the Service. Other technicians were also on-site, to help monitor the machinery & recheck the steps of the process! Excellent experience!

Renee, the Manager does a good job of coordinating his people and communicating with the customer.
I suggest two improvements:
- Offer the customer to wait in the lobby. Waiting in the vehicle is uncomfortable when the weather is so hot.
- Speed up the service. I was there 50 minutes for a "15 minute oil change".

This was my first time taking my vehicle to be serviced at the Valvoline shop and I was completely impressed.
The service rep explained their services thoroughly and assured me that all services will be checked and then double checked. She was not pushy and she did not try to upsell me any items. They completed the services quickly and even gave me a discount.
I will definitely be returning for future repairs/services.

They did an overall excellent job! They have one technician who is just full of joy and was a pleasure to work with. I didn't catch his name. I would've given them a 5 but I made a small request of them to put my skid-plate back up which I've had done at other locations, and the guy below said he pushed it up but he didn't tighten it because he didn't take it loose... Everything else was great!
