your service was a little sloppy my visit. The oil tech spilled oil all over my engine and did not clean it up. He also pulled battery covers from my battery and did not put them back on when he finished. Worst service I have ever received from you.I encourage anyone going to your store to check their engine after they leave your store

I have always be pleased with this Valvoline on 70th Street and Fern. My dealership leaves a lot to be desired in their service department, so I always come to this address of Valvoline in Shreveport. Everyone there is so very polite and helpful, and it takes no time. Assistant manager good guy. Just needs to train his guys better. Air filter went in upside down. Had to get the employees attention to turn in over. Then next day on my way to Dallas and the darn oil pan cover flew out from underneath the rav4. Had to take an exit to go back and retrieve it in the middle of a 4 lane highway.

The experience was as expected I did however have to tell him I did not need all her extra services I just wanted an all change and filter change Im going to put 200 miles on my car in the last 12 months so I know my car better than anyone otherwise everything is fine

Overall excellent service. Great price on oil change ($19.99 w/coupon). Service done quickly and efficiently.
On the negative side ...... price for tire rotation ($24.99) is quite outrageous. Won't be doing it at this location in the future. There are much cheaper options available.
