The mechanics are very skilled and fast only problem I had is with on of the lady mechanics who was very rude and disrespectful towards me. She had a very flippant attitude and spoke to me very nasty, becuase she was frustrated with directing me into the Valvoline shop. Which wouldn't have been a problem if she hadn't had told me to switch lanes at the last minute causing me to turn my car in an awkward position.

Techs were very professional & answered some of my questions honestly but they didnt top off my fluids as they said they will (coolant reservoir-empty!). I even acknowledged their service when the tech asked me about filling the coolant. Check all the fluids if they did top it off before leaving.

Pretty quick. Too much upsell that I didn't need. Some kind of issue with the oil filter not and the amount of oil it should have had in it. I wasn't clear on the explanation when I asked about it. I felt better that someone underneath my car seemed to also be checking off the requirments.

The last time i went it took almost 1 hour to do my oilchange, personal broken or strip one of the filter bolt to get into it, so basically they coudnt have access to the oil filter because its already strip one of the bolt, so yeh i was told they coudnt do it, i was told bring them to the toyota dealer shop to do my maintenance.

Great service. However it was very hot. I cant believe how the workers can stand it day after day working so hard in such hot conditions. That said they did everything I needed in about a 1/2 hour. 15 minute oil change and 15 minute tire rotation. I used my coupon from my email also. Better service than the dealership for sure.

i neded a cabin air filter with my oil change, I was told they dont have it but the young man said he will drive across town to get one from the other store, sure enough hew came back with a new one, this act was very good customer service and I wish I could rember his name, anyway service like this will keep me coming back.

I had the oil & filter changed. I also had them do the service on the automatic transmission. I thought it was low on fluid, but they said it wasn't.
The transmission jerks a little bit when first starting out. That usually means it is low on fluid. So, maybe there's some other problem with the transmission.

The guys werent communicating well, so they werent in sync. Different guys would repeat the same instructions/steps. One guy dropped the rod holding the hood dosn the bumper of my car. Minor scratchss, but he didnt even have the decency to seem concerned or apologize. Not good customer service!

When I first went in there they said that they would email me a receipt of what they did but because they couldnt get my oil filter cap off they didnt do anything so thats why I went to the other place and had my oil change and everything done. The guy was really friendly at first but then when they said they were done everybody just walked away and huddled in a corner and talked. I will not recommend anyone going there
