I always have a great experience at Valvoline. I like having the peace of mind knowing that everything that needs to be checked and topped off is done. I had a bad experience when I went to a dealership for an oil change. They checked off that all fluids had been topped off, but when I got home and popped the hood my window washing fluid was empty even though they stated it was topped off. It is a minor thing, but it just made me wonder what else didn't they check/do that I paid for? With Valvoline, you can visually see everything they are doing and the turn around time is so much quicker than leaving my car for the day at the dealership.
