Guys were nice. The only negative is that they have this required peaches and sets of questions even though I told them I was taking the vehicle to trade it in and only needed oil and filter. They apologized but said they were required to ask all of the questions anyway. So, annoying but not their fault. Inflexible corporate culture that does not allow for adaptation depending on circumstances.

Horrible . The girl that helped me would not ever look at you when she talked . The 2 other guys sitting there bull . Really un happy . I've been here several times and goo . Never checked the air in the tires or the windshield wiper / did not add washer fluid or water. Horrible service .

They told me my battery was bad and wanted to charge me 300 and something for it. I knew I still had warranty from AAA so I called them they checked it and said it was fine .

performed requested oil change service exactly as I requested. I remained inside my vehicle and watched everything that was done, which took only 20-minutes. The Toyota Dealer never offered this service and always required that I leave my truck for two (2) hours or longer.

The new people at this shop were not very attentive except to each other. One was off vaping while I was there. Grease marks were left on my car hood as well. I have gone here for many years and this was not typical of the service. I will go elsewhere .

Horrible! The 1st location started service and then realized they didn't have the oil filter on hand which directed me to another location and never put my $650 skid plate back on and then when called to confirm it was there they said no. I am going to file a law suit with my lawyer today!
