Oil leaked around pan plug after change. They corrected it but, just the hassle of clean up and time spent to bring it back and wait in line to do so is time lost.

Nothing so great about it. Its been degrading over time - earlier they used to go over the checks, make me do the lights, viper etc. on top it, they forgot to reset my maintenance reminder message - now I will need to go back again and stand in the waiting line.

Gotta love those Groupon deals! I went to the Sammamish location, on Xmas eve, to save time & get everything before the forecasted snowstorm. They were great about getting as many as they could before their early close. It seemed like there was almost no wait (15 minutes?) to get to me in. They did a great job and were very friendly. Thumbs up!

The oil change and price were good. It went downhill when the mechanic told me I would need to have my old change than 3000 miles in spite of Toyota's recommendation of 5000 miles. This is a popular ploy and has been exposed repeatedly on the Internet. I'm still looking for an honest place to change my oil.

They're the best! Great staff, honest service, and they're not pushy. They are very informative and do not do anything without your knowledge. So you pay for everything you agreed for them to service, you don't end up with a bill and be like...what did I just pay for. Greatest part is they tell you exactly the price before they do it. And they always give you a discount! Professionals with excellent service!
