The technician did not put the screws in properly after my oil change causing them to fall out which made the plastic protector piece fall and drag. After I realized it was dragging I took it to Toyota dealership and they said the screws were missing and the one left wasn't tightened all the way. I had to remove the protector piece due to damage from dragging on the highway

I love Chyanne! She was the person that greeted me. She throughly walked through everything they was happening even though I've been there several times before. She up-sold me on windshield wipers that I forgot I needed. She stayed engaged and answered all my questions. Please promote her. Staff that checked vehicle before going in to get service was & looked very confused. I asked questions & he couldn't answer which is ok but he said he would return with the information & never returned. There was 1 young man that seemed knowledgeable & was ready to work. The female was rude & not fit for the job needs customer service training

One of the Employees had a very bad attitude. She was saying bad words. You could tell she didn't want to be there. I felt very uncomfortable. The second Employee was very respectful and presented her self very well. I don't know if I would go back tho.

The technical broke my rear windshield wiper. He didn't know what he was doing and forced the wiper out of position with his hand, then denied it. It doesn't return to home position now. I would put no star if I could.

Salinas Valvoline Center folks are very friendly & professional. Maurice, the manager, assured me of excellent service. Corey, the service tech was amiable & assisted with getting the right parts for my wiper blades. "Silent Bob" - who installed my front blades - deserves a shout out too; his hand signals and efficient work made the whole experience enjoyable and the reason I return on a regular basis. It was a little weird. I have never been told to switch lines because someone else was there first even though the car in line that the other person was waiting for only needed a couple more minutes to finish. Even after the switch I was still done before that other car. Otherwise the surface was fine.

This VIOC location has the best customer service compared to every other oil change shop in the county. Mo and Carlos are the best management team I have seen. They will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied before they leave. You will not be disappointed if you go to their location in Salinas for a quick and accurate oil change.

Can sit in my car while it is serviced. Dealer is inconvenient as you have to drop off get ride and pick up later. the service support was great very professional and pleasant (to my surprise) as today most folks dont like their jobs and take it out on customers

The service was wonderful. In and out in record time. Very reasonably priced. Only issue is that I did not receive a record of services performed or a receipt, as I paid in cash. Will have to go back to see if I can get this information for my files.

Very good service my wait time was 16 min. The attendant showed me the dirty dip stick & dirty filter.The air pressure was 'OK' however i was warned that my rear passenger side tire should be looked at. After all services were performed i was happy to drive out having everything for a low price. Thank You for you're excellent service.

They were super busy. I rate them 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to wait so long that I needed to use their restroom...which was so filthy, it was disgusting. I understand that they are so busy they dont have the time to clean it, but it really was gross.

Service is really good, the staff is friendly and efficient at their jobs. Be prepared for a wait if you go on a day where there is a line, they keep very close to the 15 minutes per car, but like myself, sometimes you'll ask for additional service and that can add a few minutes. I liked it when they were Oil Can Henry's and you would receive a USA today upon arrival - helped to pass the time.

Service went well but the wait was longer than usual. There was a white truck in front of us that took about an hour! Boy, did I choose the wrong line to get in. I waited and watched as the other line just kep moving while the one I was in stood still.
