My vehicle was kind of a pain in the butt to work on (getting the skid plate off) but they all got the job done and even replaced some broken clips and rusted screws, to help secure the skid plate.
Highly recommend.

I was less satisfied compared to a previous same service. They were reasonable quick to do the oil change. I asked them about checking the windshield washer fluid and they said they would but It looked very low or about empty when I checked it at Home. Also there was spilled oil on top of the motor.

They are very honest I had an issue with transmission light coming on explained that my transmission is sealed and should be seen by a service facility, and to come back after that to explore other items that needed to be done. Now that is great service. They don't just try to upsell, they actually want to help.

Well they did not show me the dip stick after replacing the oil and the female was on her cell phone the whole time. When i pointed out that i was not shown the dip stick she acted like i was inconveniencing her. I never had bas service at this location but this time it was not good.

Horrible they broke the key to my wheel locks so and then said it was already Broke won't ever go back again take 5 oil change is so so much better

Had to ask them to check my tires. Had to ask to reset my oil %. They didn't check any filters. One guy was hardly working while the other guy had to do almost everything.

They did a good job except they put my mileage in wrong - way wrong and told me they couldn't change it once they entered it. They were 8,500 miles off. Guess they didn't know what 50,082 was!
Not sure If I would recommend them.

Did not check headlights, brake lights etc. Couldn't locate item needed to lift car for rotation. Lots of talking among employees. Some seemed very knowledgeable, others not so much.

The store on jungermans were the worst!!! The guy who was talking to me was very rude!! So I ask them to stop their work and I left and went to the store on Wolfrum! I had excellent service there!! I've been going to your stores for a long time and never had a problem until the day before Easter!

2nd time of waiting in 30 min line, to be told and insisted again that they can't perform the oil change on this vehicle due to a manufacturer speciation about the oil type. Dealer/mfr say it's incorrect. Valvoline refuses. Loved going here with other vehicles, but this is a deal killer.

Experience was great, until I realized the next day they didn't install my new wipers as I asked and paid for. They set them up by the existing ones but never traded them out. Found out the next morning when I went to turn the wipers on and the new loose ones flew off

He's a little less sociable than one of the young ladies in the past, but he is very good. I understand he is the manager.

Took a little long waiting and noticed a little oil leaking after change the oil. I got back to Valvoline for check. They explained that was messed up so clean up. They didn't tell me quick what happened because I'm deaf and didn't write the note as communication

The ppl here just rush you in and out. Asked for the air pressure in the tires to be checked, which I was under the impression that that was part of the service, and was met with attitude when I was asked to pay and had to ask again for my tires to be checked. I will not be taking my vehicle here again
