Failed to completely close my hood. I always pull into a parking lot after service to check my oil level and look for leaks. Glad I did this time before hitting highway speeds could have been a bad deal. I have been going to this store for many years and am usually happy with the service.

Trina and the techs were informative and showed me when they were actually putting new filters in, just shows that they care about making sure people don't feel like they're being taken advantage of.

I feel they were super honest and didn't try to upsell me on unneeded work. I really like that they talk you through what they're doing and actually show you oil levels and what the air filter looks like, etc. Nice guys, good service.

Customer service was awesome. The young man who checked me in has excellent ability dealing with customers. First time I have ever felt compelled to buy the air filter and cabin filter while having my oil changed. Almost ended up getting transmission fluid changed too because he was just so nice. Good salesman for sure. ;)

I had an amazing experience here getting my oil changed today! Gerek, Chad, and his team took amazing care of my car and even reattached my engine cover for me. I didn't feel pressured to do any additional service I wasn't ready to do. Fantastic and very professional service!

I want people to know that they were really really great.
When working all week, a few minutes waiting for an oil change is won-der-ful.
Can anyone relate? I was assisted with a couple problems that were being solved yet wonderfully supported with a couple minutes of reminders.
They need good remarks - six stars out of five. THE employees and the managers too.

Friendly staff and no pressure environment. They will let you know if something may need replacing soon but won't pressure you into buying their services right away on the spot. They also strive to get you in and out in 15 minutes without sitting around!
